Are You a Mission-Driven Woman Leader at a Crossroads?
Are you struggling with letting go of/or retiring from the for-profit or not-for-profit organization you grew, or business you’ve been part of? Is Your body telling you it’s time to make a change, but you’re not sure how and to what?
I understand. I’ve been there.
I’m passionate about supporting mission-driven leaders to navigate change with increased insight, clarity, confidence and playfulness.
I do this through my writing (books and blogs), interactive workshops and through sharing my experiences and insights on podcasts.
I’m committed to supporting mission-driven leaders to embrace change, thrive in life and business and lead in uncertain times without burning out.
Pamela Thompson’s Inspiring Poem “Sacred Circles”, and her Vision at ‘It’s Your Turn’ Book Launch
I had the opportunity to participate in the launch of Helena Demuynck‘s powerful new leadership book “It’s Your Turn: Your Script for Escaping Societal Boxes and Manifesting Your True Greatness”.
Helena asked some of women she interviewed for her book to participate in her launch and to share a poem, a story, something they had created and to link it to key themes in her book.
In the video , I share a poem I wrote in 2000 and my vision of a world that works for everyone and how they relate to key themes in her book, (which I highly encourage you to grab a copy of on Amazon).
Women’s Empowerment Books
Pamela’s first three books focus on high achieving women, life transitions and how to thrive in life and work without burning out. Pamela’s new book “Truths & Contradictions: Life-Changing Experiences in Afghanistan” will appeal to an even broader audience.

I believe that embracing change is a creative process that opens us up to new possibilities.
